Full fit out and complete refurbishment of 80 Old Street as the new HQ building for Post Office Ltd. The completed building provided accommodation for 360 Staff on 5 floors who were subsequently relocated from 4 other sites by our CHURN Managers. This then enabled the closure and disposal of 3 major central London Admin buildings in line with the London Admin Strategy Plan.
