Provision of new 40,000ft2 Extension to Regional Distribution Centre on a Design and Build basis.

Following initial design by Client appointed Architects and Structural Engineers, it was decided to procure the new extension on a Design and Build basis, with the Architect and Structural Engineer transferring over to the successful contractor.

As Employers Agent and Planning Coordinators, UKBS were responsible for procuring the works on the clients behalf, monitoring and administering the Construction Works, and for ensuring the successful delivery of the finished project to the Client on budget and on time.
