Shoreline Housing Partnership is set to invest in a multi-million pound regeneration project, to provide accommodation for the organisation’s staff, and make a major improvement to an important gateway into Grimsby.

Shoreline appointed UKBS as client Project Manager and Technical Team advisors to prepare a progress the scheme.

The development, on the site of the former Bennets Timber Mill just off the A180, has been specifically designed to create a high-impact first impression to visitors entering the town and make best use of an area which has been derelict for some time.
