Holiday complex of conversions and new cottages in the heart of the Lune Valley.

A phased project involving complex Ecological and planning issues to realise a new leisure development. Early involvement with the Planning Authority and the Planning Consultant has enabled the team to procure the approval and works will commence on site in February 2007.
