Cannon Hygiene Warehouse Development

New Industrial/Office Development for OCS/Cannon Hygiene.

The first phase of this project has created a new facility for OCS / Cannon Hygiene incorporating a 24,000ft2 warehouse/8,000ft2 waste transfer station incorporating training facilities completed in November 2002.

The second phase to be completed in 2003 is a new 25,000 sq ft three storey office development to accommodate 250 staff. The site within the industrial landscape of White Lund within the conurbation of Lancaster and Morecambe.
