Victoria House, 34 Wellgate, Clitheroe,

Refurbishment of 19th Century building in Clitheroe. This redundant office building was completely overhauled in 2006 to provide flexible office space for multiple tenancy. The development is within the town centre conservation area and involved liaisons with the Conservation Architect and Archaeological unit from Lancaster University.
