Projects - Highway Design: Kingston upon Hull

Highway design services were provide a highway design service to Kingston upon Hull City Council's Technical Consultancy.

We were successful in tendering for an environmental works scheme as part of the £38m revitalisation of the Garths area of Bransholme - a large council housing estate in Hull.

The design service was carried out to the specific and exacting requirements laid down by the Council.

This work included the preparation of contract drawings, bills of quantities etc together with pre-tender health & safety plans and risk assessments in accordance with CDM Regulations 1991

Close liaison was required with the Council's highways and landscape architects sections during the design process.
