Building Surveyors

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Building Surveyors at all career stages to join our expanding teams dealing with a full range of Building Surveying services. The Building Surveyor will be required to demonstrate good design flair, technical expertise and contract administration skills and be able to take on responsibility and deal with our expanding workload covering building design and refurbishment, contract administration, party wall, building survey and planning supervision appointments.

Project Managers

Professionally qualified Project Managers and Assistants experienced in the delivery of major projects for public and private sector clients. Qualified PMs to have a minimum of three years post qualification experience.

Quantity Surveyors

Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors and Assistants experienced in the delivery of major projects for public and private sector clients. A working knowledge of JCT, IFC and minor works contracts will be expected along with good IT skills.

Planning Coordinators

Professionally qualified Planning Coordinators and Assistants experienced in the delivery of a comprehensive range of building Projects for public and private sector clients.

CAD Operators

Position available for an experienced Architectural Technologist with or working towards MBIAT qualification who is familiar with Autocad computer systems and has a good working knowledge of construction and the building regulations. The Technologist will be required to join our busy and expanding Design Offices and engage in a diverse range of building design and refurbishment projects. Experience of Archicad 3d design systems will be an advantage.

Client's Agent

Position available for an experienced Client’s Agent experienced in the delivery of a comprehensive range of building Projects for public and private sector clients.

Minimum 3 years experience required.

Civil and Structural Engineers

Positions available for Engineers experienced in the design of Building Structures. Chartered candidates should have a minimum 3 years experience. Graduates are also required and should have some construction knowledge. Training will be provided to develop skills across a wide range of designareas and on a variety of interesting and challenging schemes.
