How does UKBS ensure that a consistent level of service is provided nationally?

All UKBS appointments are undertaken in strict accordance with our Code of Practice which identifies all standard documentation, procedures and timescales to be followed when our staff are servicing a UKBS clients. The entire process is monitored by a network of auditors to ensure that service levels are maintained and QA procedures are fully satisfied. Our web based IT portal ensures all project data is stored in a secure data environment and fully back up.

UKBS has over 450 staff in over 30 offices which are strategically located throughout the UK to ensure quick access to all areas. How will UKBS ensure that I have a single point of contact for all my property needs?

UKBS is split into 15 regions each controlled by a UKBS Director and all reporting to our Managing Director, David Harbour. All our offices work to common service standard and client terms. For each client we appoint a "client manager" to ensure single point of contact and effective delivery. This point of contact can be national, regional or local.
