Renault dealership at Newbury

This was a tired looking Renault car dealership and we redesigned and refurbished the external and internal and transformed the building on a budget of £300,000.

We had to comply with the strict Renault specification.

Newsquest

Newsquest is a local/regional newspaper publisher.  UKBSL refurbished their headquarters in Trowbridge, a listed building.

Total costs £300,000. An interesting project which was well received by the Directors and staff alike and involved:

• the demolition of old production buildings, including asbestos removal;
• forming a new glazed link;
• refurbishing the offices and
• forming a new staff car
  park.
